Hello, and welcome! This is my personal homepage, and this is where where you can find the most info about me (Sapphire Dragon). 

I tend to go by many usernames over the internet, mainly because of availability issues. I either go by "Sapphire Dragon" with 7's at the end if needed, or I may go by just "Sapphire" or more commonly "Sapphire Ryu" (Ryu is dragon in Japanese). I am a practicing non-denominational Christian, and I love God more than anything. I am a supporter of organizations who wish to end hunger, save the environment, and want a positive change in this world. 

             I love being kind and learning how to give the best advice to those who need it. I also like watching animes, and although I'm usually picky with what I'll watch,  I generally like them all a lot. They can portray many things about life and existence in an art form that is rarely compared. I love and enjoy learning about Japan and nature, along with the Japanese language and culture. I also love most things that were made in Japan, and I've even learned how to eat with chopsticks! :)  I love computers and new tech, and my favorite color is deep sapphire blue (as of course, I'm sure you know). I also love silver and magenta. I have many gaming consoles- a Steam Deck, a Switch, and a Wii, Xbox, PS3 & PS4 Pro, and several handhelds- a DS Lite, a 3DS, a 3DS XL, and two GBA SPs. I also have six laptops (only four of which actually work), many external hard drives, and an iPod nano look-a-like called a Ruizu that is absolutely amazing. I've also got a Fairphone, one of the most ethical phones around!

 I enjoy giving to charities and seeing the positive differences one person can make. I try to eat and buy as green as possible within my price range; I stick to buying healthy foods such as fruit, sprouted bread, and organic & humane eggs/meat/dairy, and I buy organic whenever possible. I am 31, female,  married, and I am currently working full time in IT. I am mixed African American/Caucasian. My ancestors were the Taplins and Eames. I've always been an only child. I also have a new first cousin once removed as of now~

         I have a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. My main career field is sys admin, tech support, and content writing, but I may look into being an artist or pet sitter on the side too. Someday I would love to travel. I also plan on visiting Japan in the future.  Glad to see you here!
